Dr Sangeetha Madhu is a clinical psychologist and a Leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience. Dr Madhu heads Global Leadership and Development (GLAD), a program that draws on mindfulness and other techniques to build leadership skills. Passionate about the capacity for positive transformational change of people and systems, she founded the Chennai Institute of Learning and Development, a collaboration of clinical and counselling psychologist. Dr. Sangeetha was selected for the prestigious Eisenhower Fellowship, and represented the country in Philadelphia, in May 2017. Madhu and her team work with organizations, helping leaders discover their potential and paths to making deep changes. She is certified in Narrative Practices from Dulwich Centre, Australia, and Theory U Practices from the Prescencing Institute, Germany. She has an advanced master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore, and a PhD from The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. She was the Advisory Board of PCVC, NGO working in the area of prevention of Domestic Violence against women and Children& former Board member on SERFAC, affiliated to UN, an NGO working with families. She was also a visiting Member of the WHO team to provide mental health training for the Tsunami victims at Srilanka. She was an expert panelist at the Positive Psychology Centre, Philadelphia in June 2019. As someone who enjoys connecting with nature, she recently trekked to Mt Everest base camp.
Diane Shoemaker is an International Leadership and Fellowship consultant. She served Eisenhower Fellowships for thirty years, coaching leaders from around the world in her role as Program Director under the Chairmanship of President George H. W. Bush, Dr Henry Kissinger and General Colin Powell, respectively. She is a founding member of the Global Leadership Consortium, which includes Yale World Fellows, Ashoka, German Marshall Memorial Fellows, TED Fellows, the Aspen Institute and Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance. She has assisted a generation of women and men to become outstanding leaders in government, education, business, NGO’s and the arts.
Diane organized and directed Women’s Leadership Conferences in Miami, London and Philadelphia; she served as lead staff in organizing international thematic Conferences in Paris, Colombo, Rome, and Santiago. Diane was instrumental in launching Eisenhower Fellowship’s Youth Leadership Initiative. While serving as Senior Director for the global alumni network, Diane was noted for strategically nurturing active engagement among professionals at the highest levels
Diane is an advisor and Executive coach for a Geneva based organization, serves as a Member of the Advisory Board, Center for Asian African Studies in Islamabad, Pakistan. She acts as a Project Advisor to the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER). She is an honorary Eisenhower Fellow with the Eisenhower Fellows of Philadelphia.
Diane received a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Cortland, Cortland, New York and a Master’s degree in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia.
Elizabeth J. Logue, M.Ed. has completed her Master Of education at Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, Bachelor of Arts Journalism, Temple University, PA, Program Specialist, TESOL , Arcadia University, Glenside ,PA. She was the Coordinator of English Language Learner Program at Olney Charter High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ensured that all programs met students’ varying educational and emotional needs; that curricula were in place to support learning of the English language along with high school level content, and that teachers were supported through on-going feedback, open communication and professional development. Helped ELL students navigate immigration and social service resources necessary for their continuing success in school; ELL Language Arts Teacher, Olney Charter High School.
